Sails and Cabin Door

Its probably hard to get good used sails so you could consider

buying some from a discount sailmaker. If you are racing then

I would recommend Kerr Sails since he is an owner-racer. They

are proven winners but cost about the same as North. If you are a cruiser hen you could consider

NuClear but get the dacron instead of mylar-its the same price

for either. I have a mylar from them and the workmanship is great

and the price is low. Also Quest from West Marine is competitive.

In addition there are lots of other smaller lofts that are very

reasonable.

For replacing the cabin door I used 1/4" plywood once and smoked plexiglass

another time. The plexiglass seems to work great. I think my dimensions re: 21" across bottom and 22 7/8 across top

X 28" high.
