Hi Jim My name is Phil Reddy I am responding to your message from the SJ 21 BBS. We spoke briefly at the Strictly Sail garage sale. I sail SJ 21 # 1553 Mk1 a Acton Lake in Houston Woods St. Pk just north of Oxford. My home is Colerain Twns. N.W. Cincinnati. The state pulls the docks in late Oct and at garage sale time most of were out for the season. With the great weather we have been having good sailing could have extended thru last week. I gave it serious thought but the boat was already laid upfor the winter, everything stowed and the winter cover in place.
