I'm looking at a San Juan 21 hull that is abandoned at a marina. No rigging, mast, rudder, just bare hull (pigeon nesting refuge at present). Not sure of age, last registered in '86, probably from 70's. Anyone have any idea what it's worth? Thanks for the help.
