I have a San Juan 21 for sale, but I am in Ohio. If you are interested, I will send you all of the specifications and pictures to you via the internet. I have owned the boat since 1991 and recently upgraded to a Catalina 25 in order to accommodate a family and dog.

Here is a basic list of what I all is included:
	SJ21 year 1972
	130% Genoa
	Spinnaker
	Storm Sail
	Extra rudder
	Extra tiller
	Cabin cushions
	Wired for VHF radio (antenna included)
	1997 Mercury outboard motor 4hp (less than 20 hours time on the motor)
	Porta pody & Porta sink
	Anchor and line

I am asking $5000, but am willing to negoiate.
