MattI've seen old an old absandoned San Juan 21 brought back to life and still sail well. With a little elbow grease and some cash for new rigging maybe some used sails this might make a good project boat if thats what you want; a project boat.
I would ask the marina or whoever has interest in the boat if you can have it for free in return for hauling it off. Is it sitting on a trailor or do you have to get that too?
The mast and boom can run into some money because you will probably have to buy those new.
You might send out another message and see if anyone on the internet has any of the missing items.
As for how much its worth, its worth whatever someones willing to pay for it.
In this case try to get it for free.
