This question is easy. I would get rid of the lee helm. I consider it a serious design flaw. Boats should head into the wind and stop when one lets go of the tiller ( for example, when the helmsman has to attend to some rigging detail, answer the call of nature, or as happens on occasion, falls out of the boat).Mark red boat
