subject:2012 St. Petersburg NOODS/SJ Mid-Winter Regatta
Just confirmed with NOOD events manager that the dates for 2012 St. Pete NOOD are Feb.17,18,&19. Set up and skippers meeting 2/16/12 evening.Chris Popich (Seattle, Wa) challenged the east coast sailors to a 20 boat turnout. He stated the west coast has always set 20 boats as their goal, but have only made it to 15. Let's go for 20+!
Also, we'd like to add to Mike Robinson's SJ journey. Come to the Kettle Cup Regatta on Lake Monroe, Sanford, Fl on Dec. 3 & 4th 2011. SJ's have their own start. Fleet 29 will find a secure happy home to take care of your boat until you return in Feb., then leave your boat at LNYC for the March race.
