Your executive officers are attempting to get a vote from the Governing Board (Fleet captains and officers)to change the specifications requiring tillers to be made of wood. There will be no reference to material if passed. This will be a quick way to take care of this.

What we need: If you are a member of a San Juan fleet contact your fleet captain to make sure he votes for your fleet. Fleet captains should have received ballots in the mail by now. If you are a fleet captain and did not get a letter from me then you will need to email or call me asap. Thanks for your help with this!
