I have considered putting a basin in the cabin of my mkII with a drain over to the trunk. I have decided that it is easiest to sit on the keel trunk and do my washing near the drain in the cockpit. For the gent who has not been in a '21 this may be a little hard to visualize. I do a lot of long weekend cruising in SeaBiscuits and don't find the lack of a sink system a draw back.

Of course there is no water supply except that which I dish out of the water I am floating in or use my fresh water container. Rigging a running water system in the 21 would be an involved project.

I usual single hand the boat. When two of us are out, finding a place for the cooler and other gear is a challenge sometimes.
