With this decision by the NC PHRF Committee it again brings up the need for a Class Certificate for racing SJ-21's. We now have the scales so Fleets no longer have an excuse for not having a measuring day to certify all the local boat. Contact Mike Chesser (Class Measurer)to get access to the scales.
