subject:Replacement windows and fore hatch
Anyone know where I can find decent replacement windows(ports) and the screw latch style hatch just fore of the mast? My ports are leaking where the caulk is cracked, and the front hatch is just seated at a funky angle that allows water in from just aft of the hatch (where the hinges are). I'd rather replace than attempt to clean up and re-caulk.I'm debating just removing the side ports totally, glassing over everything, then putting 'modern' locking ports in their place (something like these http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10001&classNum=419&subdeptNum=151&storeNum=24&productId=6475).
Same deal for the fore hatch (http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product/10001/-1/10001/243064/10001/460/151/24)...unless anyone has some wisdom to impart?
