RE Looking for another MKII owner in the Upper Chesapeake ar

Hey Ed,

I have templates (as well as actual cushions). I could make you a paper copy that could be rolled and mailed and traced onto the foam. If you are trying to do this inexpensively, order the foam sheet blanks from Knox Foam (http://www.knoxfoam.com) and cut them to shape yourself with an electric carving knife (the type with two blades). You will need two blanks at 30x80 and one at 36x100 (this gets cut into two v-berths). There are only two things that one must pay close attention to. First is the bevel of the cushion so it fits tight against the hull and the other is making sure you cut one PORT and one STARBOARD cushion. First time I did this I wound up with two sets of port cushions.

If you want any other hint of tips let me know. I've done over a dozen sets of cushions for SJ21 owners.
