I have a difficult time getting my wife enthusiastic about sailing in my boat. She compares it to larger, more comfortable boats out in the Sound(Puget). She might be good for an afternoon sail, but she finds the boat too spartan for her taste. We recently saw a boat that looked like it had carpeting on the interior hull, and she wondered if I could do that to my San Juan. Has anyone tried something simliar to this?
