The cheapest way to renovate the cabin is to drink more. Then it won't matter as much.The lovely Leslie and I met on a blind date sailing on the old Bottom Line. Worked out pretty good for me.
The youngsters need to remember that sailing is such an inexpensive date. Little picnic dinner and moonlight. Very few of your peers can provide an evening like that for a date.
