Dwyer Masts, model DM375(I think) fits my MKI probably a MKII as well. The Dwyer folks have a drawing that was provided by Gene Adams on file. If not, I probably still have a copy. It was going to be about $875 including shipping for the section, spreader tubes, foot plate and a masthead crane last fall.
