SJ21 repairs

HI

I have a 1970 SJ21 at the Washington Sailing Marina in Alexandria VA. It has a broken fitting on the boom that used to attach to the mast. Is this fitting replaceable? Where can I find a replacement and how do I remove the broken one and replace it ??

I have a 1972 SJ21 at the Fort Belvoir Marina that had dry rot in the cabin roof. The hull is stored upside down. The balsa core has been removed from inside the cabin. The deck is still intact. Does anyone know where replacement balsa core can be obtained and how on goes about replacing it. Know any local repair people who would undertake this project at a reasonable rate. Would hate to lose both boats though I seldom get to sail anymore.

Thanks

Francis Leslie
