I loved the pictures of Marks re core. I pretty much did the same thing with my boat, but I also did the rear transom. My pictures did not turn out as good as Marks but the results were as nice. Also I did not use the foam beams, but I think that this is a great idea. I did do the cut outs for the through hulls and fittings, and I hope this will prevent from ever having to replace my core again.

Marks methode for flipping the boat looks like the cats meow, but I did not have the resources he has and used 15 strong men to help me flipp the boat, same result, less work for Mark.

I can only repeat what Mark said in how to put the core back, because it worked great for me.
