Yes, the San Juan 21 started in 1960 and stopped sometime in the early to mid 80's. Before 1973, boats were not required to have Vessel identification numbers on the transom. There are a couple of ways to find your hull number. One, see if the sail has a number on it. If it does, and it is a number below 1000 or so, it may be the hull number. Another way it to look at the hatch latch. There might be a number stamped on the metal hatch cover latch.
