http://www.rig-rite.com in Rhode Island is another good source for spars and rigging hardware. I purchased a spar from them a few years ago.Shipping was around $80 back then, and the plain spar around $400.
I also have a fax drawing/spec from Dwyer for the SJ 21 mast. I purchased the plain spar from Rig-Rite and did all the drilling/cutting myslef. At the time Dwyer did not have any in "stock".
Dwyer was reluctant to do do the additional machining ( holes/cutout sail gate, etcetras) as, best I remember, they said Clarke was pretty loose with their tolerances and there were significant variances from boat to boat.
It was not to difficult to do the cutouts & holes, but I had to borrow a Dremmel tool to make the sailgate cutout.
