In looking at the suppliers section of the web page I saw on the Gardner's price list something called a "mast crane". I don't know exactly what that is.

I have single-handedly hinged the mast up and down by more or less placing it on my shoulder and walking it up or down. It was kind of tricky for me and if it had been windy it could have been real exciting. If the mast crane is some sort of gadget that would allow me to easily single-handedly raise and lower the mast for less then $100.00 that could be worth looking into.

What is a "mast crane" ?

Pointers to pictures of such a thing would be great.
