"Mast crane" is described in another post. The device in the link above is too complex and way too expensive. With a little imagination and a few parts, a gin pole will do a good job. You do need a crutch of some type to lower the mast onto though. My boat and trailer came with one that fit's into the gungeons and also supports the mast in transit. - Jim
