subject:anyone have an extra spot for our san juan in charlotte NC?
Hi,My wife and I are in a little bit of trouble. Our HOA (home owners association) recently began to enforce rules in the community. We have been told that we will be fined $100 a day if we keep the boat in our driveway. We really enjoy sailing her, almost every day for a few hours, and can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars in fines or storage/docking fees. Just wondering if anyone out there might have a space for the boat in exchange for some usage or lessons or something?!? Thanks in advance!
