Does anyone know why the NCPHRF (Northern Cal) folks rate the SJ21 at 240, a number which is outside the range USSA publishes as reported by member clubs?
Our sailing club's racing committee (due chiefly to the loud 'outcrys' of one or two members who were fairly outspoken about most everything) lowered our PHRF to 240 as well several years ago. It has since been reset back to the original number. Please offer as much factual information as possible for anyone facing the same issue. - Jim.
