Hey guys:

Still trying to get my MK II ready to sail.

How do you lock the keel in the up position? I don't see anything in the manual.

I've taken the boat to a neighborhood lake and lowered the keel, found the elusive hole for the bolt,etc--but can't get it to lock in the up position.

I'm wondering if my keel is coming up all the way--there were barnacles in the well there from previous owner's use. I've cleaned 'em out as good as I can see. However, the keel seems to come up and touch the stop bolt. I don't see how it can come any farther. Should the keel disappear completely in the well (when you look at the bottom of the boat)? Is there a hole in the keel for locking it in the up position?
