Storage compartments

The Mark III has storage compartments in the interior seats by puting depresions in the seats. Cutting holes in the seats of a Mark II and adding foam board on the sides of the openings would probably serve the same purpose as far as floatation is concerned. The air in the seats will slow the rate of sinking if the cabin fills with water. A half hatchboard may prevent the cabin filling with water. A bucket on board is also helpful. The cabin filling with water is very motivating.
