Lake Monroe Sailing association is hosting the 7th annual Kettle Cup Regatta benefiting the Salvation Army. Racing will be Saturday and Sunday. Registration will be held Friday night and Saturday morning with the skippers meeting following registration. Regatta activities include a chili dinner, a raffle and silent auction, Sanford's Christmas parade on Sat. evening and the awards ceremony after racing on Sunday. Boat ramps, trailer parking and accommodations are available. Proceeds from last year's event enriched the holidays for 50 disadvantaged central Florida families.
