Harlod My motor mount has a two to one tackle on the motor mount and will come up with a pull on the line. The line runs through a cam cleat with an eye over the topYou do not have to lean over the transom, just pull the line and the motor comes up. If the prop does not come out of the water, tip up the motor.I hope thi solves your problem.
