11. The spinnaker halyard sheave shall be attached to the mast at point not exceeding 22 feet 6 inches above the deck.
So, that at least gets me started. I am still wading through it and I think I saw a note that their may be newer changes then mentioned in this copy. Apparently, joining the San Juan class association will entitle you to the latest and greatest version. Soon as I can get connected to a printer I'll probably print out the form and fill it in and send in a check.
