RE: Watching the NOODs

Hey Phil... the only reasonable place to watch the NOODs is from the cockpit of a SJ21 in the race. Several of the local Seattle boats are interested in crew, and I am very confident we can find a boat for you to hop on for this amazing experience.

Socializing on the dock is very easy as all the dock space is open for anyone to wander down.

There is not much in the way of campgrounds near the location I am afraid (KOA or otherwise). The race is out of the largest Seattle marina and there is naught but city for about 30 miles in any direction. If you are willing to drive a ways I might recommend Dash Point park (http://www.parks.wa.gov/parks/?selectedpark=Dash%20Point) or Kanaskat-Palmer park (http://www.parks.wa.gov/parks/?selectedpark=Kanaskat-Palmer)

We might also be able to find a local sailor with an available driveway/restroom combo for you.

Look forward to seeing you out at the race!
