subject:Towing with 1998 Buick Regal with a supercharger
My wife's car is a 1998 Buick Regal with a V-6 that has a superchager. The car is rated for 1,000 lbs without the supercharger but Buick does not permit towing if the car has a supercharger. I have seen other car manufactures that do not want trailers towed with superchargers. My questions are can I safety tow if I drive easy? Also is the transmission strong enough tow a SJ 21 couple thousand miles? Do I need a transmission cooler to tow in the South in the summer?Thanks, Joel
