Your point is one that needs to be discussed by the National Committee. I still feel for the price if you are a present owner of a SJ-21 part with the $25 bucks and join.I know other classes publish all the information but many don't. I think part of the issue is boats in production are supported by the manufacturers and those like ours need owner assistance to survive.
You bought one of the best day sailors and racers made - spend the money and support the class.
