Sorry, but I think that's way overpriced. I'm not sure what a fair offer for this boat would be as i'd want to know a bit more...But... Chris Popich www.fleet1.org has one of the nicest SJ21's i've ever seen. He has 986 which was listed on this site for 3K and you can still see the sellers listing in the For Sale section here.
