Curious Carlos - The Columbia Basin Sailing Club (http://cbsc.info/) is based out of Charbonneau Park. They have hosted may SJ21's at their Dessert Regatta held every year onthe first weekend in May. However, numbers have been dropping over the past few years. I don't think there are any 21ers actually in the Club, and the closest fleet (Fleet 10?) is out of Walla Walla with one boat - HoBBes. (does that count has a fleet?)Tim
